Hello Everyone! Well here we are, another week has passed and its time for my offering of a little Nature in the Home. If you aren't aware of this blog get together, pop on over to Lou's lovely blog Little Green Shed and take a gander, I have thoroughly enjoyed taking part and also finding lots of lovely new blogs who are joining in.
This week I have some rather lovely daffs on my fireplace. I bought these on Sunday whilst doing my food shop, for the bargain price of 95p a bunch. I got two bunches as Im greedy, and to cheer me up when the cashier broke it to me how much that trolly of food just cost.
With Spring evading us for now and Winter holding fast I feel like I have a little bit of Spring in my front room.

      Aren't they?! They positively glow against my teal wall, its like having a little bit of sun in the house. And as I am feeling like we are Never going to see sun again, I am enjoying having them :D

    What beautiful images! The colours work so well together. I also love those butterflies and your sewing box too. I am a bit of a vintage sewing box junkie!

      Thankyou Laura! The sewing box was a recent ebay purchase, it is in no way big enough and I may have to make another purchase (much to my husbands joy) lol! X

    Oh that blue and the yellow of the daffs! Heaven. Wasn't that wall grey with the tulips the other week? Do you paint it to complement your flowers? Either way lovely! xxx

      Lou as much as I am loving taking part in the Nature in the Home series, I have to draw the line at redecorating rooms to complement the flowers ;) lol!!
      The tulips with the grey scheme was my bedroom, this one is the lounge. I am lucky in having an old house with lots of fireplaces :D Xxx

      Thankyou Suzie, my butterflies were a pack of stickers from Ikea!!! I had to talk the husband round but I think he has pretty much given up trying to talk me out of my little home dec ideas! x
